Weekend Roundup Holiday Edition

Less notable than pumpkin beer season, the lead up to Christmas still is a time for certain kinds of beers that ring in the holidays. The beers we are excited about this weekend are undoubtedly the first of quite a few to boast wintry flavors that will be right at home next to pies, cakes and, of course, cookies.

Hooker: Farm to Can is a lager that floats about its full grain Bill coming from Thrall Family Malts. I love a Connecticut focused beer. 

Stony Creek: Holiday Party is a New England style IPA claiming a citrus pineapple yummy flavor. Sounds like a beer ready for some decorated Christmas sugar cookies. 

Two Roads: Holiday Ale Biere de Noel is a well spiced yummy holiday beer. I can’t wait to rim a glass with some cinnamon and sugar for some of this. 

Night Hawk and Hoax Brewing: Constitution Stout is a stout with nutmeg. Stout. With nutmeg. I mean have you have heard of a better holiday season cookie beer. Psyched to get a pint of this.
