Weekend Roundup 11/9/18

November is in full effect. The holiday season is upon us and I’m way into finding that perfect Thanksgiving beer. There are some contenders coming up this weekend. 

Half Full - Landing on November 9th, Half Full’s newest variation of Supernova! Brewed with a ton of blackberries & black currants, Supernova has a pleasantly refreshing tart finish with strong notes of berries.

Still Hill - Finally canning! Vanhilla Porter!

No Worries -  Don’t Speak Amber Ale, with Apple and cinnamon. That sounds like a heck of a dessert beer. 

 Cliffside Brewing - Maibock So far I’ve had a few Cliffside beers that are true to style, clean delicious beers. Mai bock is a fun style that is sure worth a try. 

Shebeen - Tree of Life - A barrel aged fruited sour beer with pomegranates, blueberries, and açaí. Described as dry, tart, and fruit forward this one looks like and maybe drinks like a wine. I’m into that. Tons of biscuity cookies that would pair well with this one
